    Water

    Water is an elementary component of our bodies. A balanced hydrological regime is required for kinesiological tests and treatments. In practice we should take care that we consume clear and unpolluted water.
    Water with high mineral concentration – as propagated within the context of sports – is less suitiable for that intention because it’s an additional load to our system.
    In relation to that please take notice of the studies of Prof. Dr. Louis Claude Vincent. According to his recommendations the value of conductance – as a scale for mineral concentration – in an ideal manner should be lower than 130µS (micro-Siemens) and in any case lower than 300µS.

    Prana

    Prana means the flow of life-energy in our systems and is mainly connected with our breath. A high level of prana is an elementary precondition for any change in our system.
